Paris in July Challenge

Bonjour readers! I am joining the Paris in July celebration - a month long fete dedication to all things French. Since this is a book blog, most of my revere will take the form of book reviews or book lists. However, there will be occassional slippage into other forms of celebrating including a review of Midnight in Paris and a dedication of one of my upcoming new features - Weekend Loves - to all things France/Parisian. And since I live in SF, the Museum of Modern Art is featuring a Paris Avant-Garde exhibit so there might be a post on that. So stay tuned...

Once Upon a Time V Challenge

Date: March 21 to June 20

Goal: I'll be doing Quest the First. This means I will "read at least 5 books that fit somewhere within the Once Upon a Time criteria. They might all be fantasy, or folklore, or fairy tales, or mythology…or your five books might be a combination from the four genres".

Why I'm Participating: I'll seen this challenge since I started reading book blogs years ago and I always wanted to participate, but didn't have a blog to do so. Now I have a blog so there's nothing stopping me. And did I mention, I am a complete sucker for anything to do with "once upon a time".
